The Rental Application process includes filling out an online application form or coming by our Office and picking up a paper application. The Applicant must providing proof of income and employment, and passing a background and credit check.

Water, Sewage and Trash are all included in the Rent. Residents are responsible for paying for their own Electricity with Entergy.

Our Apartment Homes come with a Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, and Washer/Dryer connections. A Play Ground and Laundry Facility is also available here at Stonewood Apartments.

Stonewood Apartments is a LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) property. We are not Income Based, but we are Income Restricted. There are income limits that one must meet to be eligible for Income-Restricted Housing. Specifically, to qualify for income-restricted housing, your household's Annual Income must be at least 60% or less that the area median income for the area.
